Hello all. Ive been trolling the site for a week or so and decided to register.
I Just recently joined the gym 2 weeks ago. I used to work out a few years ago with friends but nothing crazy.
Im loaded on Creatine, taking glutimine, a daily vitamin and whey protien.
In my efforts im trying to gain mass.
Im looking for a solid 4 day routine.
Anyone have info for a newbie as myself
I have time to spare so spending all the necessary time in the gym wouldnt be a problem. Looking for Big gains fast before its time to go to the beach w/o the juice.
I know when I used to work out I seen the biggest gains when I first started working out then it slowed down. SO this seems the time to get Big Fast AGain!
