hey guys,
Im 20 years old and have been out of the gym for a couple years now. through out high school i did nothing but work out and built a nice foundation for my self. however i lost it after i graduated. i did nothing but smoke drink and work. now im working full time and have cut back on the drinking and partying. i became un happy with my body and have decided its time to hit the gym hard.
- 5' 10"
-162lbs
-Im not sure how to calculate my bf%

I have started to look into sustanon 250. As i am still researching the product i am looking to make a decision next week friday as that is pay day. really what i want to know is if its right for me. i have obtained a gut that i cant stand looking at and i am skinny EVERYWHERE else. i always had a hard time bulking up. A personal trainer that i used a couple years back recommended it to me. Any ideas? i am also looking for things i should use with it. proteins, creatines, things to help with the estrogen? One more thing. i was told a $300 purchase of this sustanon will last 12 weeks. sound right??? ANY IDEAS OR COMMENTS ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANKS GUYS!

OK dude, jumping straight onto gears isn't going to help your gut, or the way you feel about yourself.

Firsts things firsts. You need to get your diet and your training in check.

Forget steroids and supps for now, post up your diet and training and we'll see where you're at.

The best part is we wont charge ya a cent :)

Werd. Gears are not for beginners. All it will do is speed up the process of getting the gains you would've achieved naturally, as well as lowering your body's natural test level when you stop, thereby limiting your natty potential. Gears are only meant to put the finishing touches on an already well-developed physique. If you're a newbie, you shouldn't even think about using gears for at least a year or two, maybe longer. Get the diet and training in check, max out your natty potential, then you can think about gears.

Now post up your diet and training regimen if you want some tips.

My diet is way out of wack. I basically have no diet. gonna start with the protein shakes and high protein and high calorie small meals. Training is 4 days a week. Back n bis and quads. Chest and tris and calves. shoulders and cardio and glutes. Small cardio and core daily

Grayslake.....you guys have gyms up there? j/k.

we can determine your maintence cals right now. but before i waste my time, are you serious about this lifestyle or are you going to do this till you get in shape and then slack off, again i might add. i don't mind helping and i hope i don't sound like i'm judging cause i'm not, just want to know if you're in this for the long haul

Wtf kind of a schedule is this? Give your shoulders a rest before working them three days in a row. Do legs all at once and cardio every other day.

Just until you get into shape then slow this down:

back-bi's/hour of cardio
chest-tri's/hour of cardio
LEGS
shoulders
rest
day of only cardio
rest

When you get your body in shape as in not searching for a second wind 20 minutes into a hard run, then you can slack off on the cardio and start spreading out your work load.

It's good to ask questions but so much will change until you get this done so don't be antsy to get on the gear. Develop your body until it can't develop anymore, then add the super power. You'll be happier if you'll listen.
