Hi
Here's another newbie question: While doing bent over barbell rows is it ok to place two weight plates underneath the heels so's to have the heels rest on them ? Please advise.

i don't see why you would do that. heels elevated has nothing to do with that lift at all.

Sorry sir, I may be wrong but for some reason it seems to help me a bit if i have my heels raised a bit.I dunno why but the lift seems a bit easier.

Comfort is key - but as you lift 'heavier' with time, you want to make sure your own platform (your feet) is as stable as possible so watch for tipping forward -

If I were brutally honest I'd say try and get out of the habit as good form is the realy key to everything! good luck!

Yes sir, I will stop elevating my heel. The problem is, my legs go a bit shaky after a few reps- that must mean my legs aint strong enough right? I hope with time, it'll go away. Thank you for your advice, sir.
