Hi everyone its good to be here.Im 35 and have not been in the gym for 2 years.I just started last week.I look forward to any advice I can get.I am going thru a divorce ,custody fight and bancruptcy.So Im looking forward to getting back on trac.
Id like any advice on supplements,not that I ever went wild with them.Typically it was animal packs for vitamins ,glutamine powder,and a whey protein,,that was about it.I been hearing about the NO.Whats up with that?
My plan was a good vitamin,muscle milk for protein shake,trac NO and animal stack 2..
Goin to hit back and rear delts.
