nice way to diet

after my workout, i put my 2 scoops of isopure into my coleman full tanked of water, well the supplement was over dilluted and i knew that i had tu gulp all the way down(yup that was a LOT of water) if i wanted to drink all of its protein. and then at lunch time, i just wanted to take a bite at a whole wheat bread but i didnt because i got sick of it!!!( i was too full)

Thets where i noticed it. so then at snack time(3 pm) i just ate 2 whole wheat breads and then drank 6 full glasses of water. it was very torturing butthen i figured after 6 drinks didnt even want candy, i felt so sick of looking at food because i was SOO FULL!!:p

i just wanna share the experience:) for anyone whose sick of impulsing on treats. BTW the point at where i stopped drinking water was when i didnt even want too look at any kind of food and i was kinda almost wanting to bloat but then i didnt puke or anething

In a different way, I use the same idea to keep me from eating everything in the house. I am on a keto and in order to keep my intake in check I eat beef or chicken broth with a few pieces of meat and seasoning. Helps a lot! Otherwise I just keep eating and that gets expensive.

thats a very nice/good way to loose muscle mass, watch your water intake man, i used to drink 12+ litters a day of water but now i keep it just under 8 (2gallons),
