I didn't know what to do and I didn't wanna eat the cottage cheese like that, so I mixed about a cup of skim milk, 1 cup of low fat cottage cheese, somo fructose, cinnamon, vanilla extract and a tbsp of sugar free jelly, it made a really good shake. I was surprised with the result! But I don't know the nutrition fact, gotta check, and maybe too much sugar at night, but fuck it! it's only once in a while.

:shake: It looks good with the exception of the fructose.... Why not just add some strawberries or blueberries?? They would add sweetness and would have a whole heap of other good things too...

Lmao!

Emma, I didn't have any fruits at hand, that's why I added the fructose and the jelly. It wasn't that bad tasting

Lots of sodium in a cup of cottage cheese. I'm waiting for someone to invent a low sodium product. I love the taste but hate the bloat.

I believe they have low sodium cottage cheese on the market, but you may need to go to a health-specialty store to find it. I haven't been able to find any at my local grocery store.

For my bedtime shake, I will sometimes add flavored whey and natural peanut butter to add some flavor to the milk and cottage cheese mix. Give it a try, Flakko.
