Hey guys I have been taking an NO supp by MuscleTech called naNOx9. It seems to be working well for me so far. But I was wondering if anyone here has taken it and what their thots are on it...as compared to other NO supps and companies?

and...what makes it better or inferrior to other products and why?

hope for some feedback on this.

also, what are good supps to stack with this, i have used it before with CELL-TECH hardcore...and got really pretty damn good results, as in... i gaind about 12lbs in two weeks! but that was also after a period of not lifting for quite a few months and i think maybe my muscles were just rappidly remembering what they used to be like and gaining that size and strength back pretty fast?

Thots or comments?

I've tried Nanox9 and thought it was an ok product nothing to spectacular. I wouldn't waste the money on it. Instead I'd look into a stack like the following:

Multivitamin (Opti-men)
Fish Oil (Optimum Nutrition)
Whey or Casein Protein (Optimum 100% Whey or Ultra Peptide)
Micronized Creatine Monohydrate (Prolab or Primaforce)
Beta-Alanine (Primaforce)
Optional - T-Booster (STOKED!)
Optional - Antioxidant (Green Tea Extract or R-ALA)

wat is it that you think makes these products better? you sound like a salesman working for a certain company for some reason!

:geewhiz: lets just buy Muscletech instead...No I was just trying to provide you some top notch supplement recommendations instead of HYPE which Muscletech mostly is. I don't work for Optimum...Prolab...Primaforce...or Xtreme Formulations which are the products I recommended to you. NO is pretty much useless except for a "pump", and not something I'd put first in my supplement protocol if I was just starting out.

I think Opti-Men is a solid formula for a basic multi and it's affordable, the fish oil ON also produces is affordable and gets the job done, the creatines I recommended are Creapure which is very good quality stuff and cheap as well, Beta-Alanine I recommended you is produced by a company who tests all of their products and is a stand up company. I've always liked Xtreme Formulations Ultra Peptide and think it's one of the best protiens on the market nothing can really compete with the taste, affordablity, and profile of WPI and Micellar Casein.

Simply put you can get most of the ingredients MT puts out for usually 1/4 of the price and the same results...Good luck with your training and make sure you realize that training/diet/cardio are going to determine results, not supplementation. :)

just kinda givin you shit man...ha! was just wondering what it was that made them stand out against other companies products. I been outa the game for a few years with supps and don't really know wats new and good anymore. I mean ive got a pretty good general knowledge on them, but wanna know wats new and some of the more legit companies!

So you think NO products arn't that usefull? do they really do anything besides give you a better pump? isn't a pump kinda good tho?

Also what is this stoked stuff, ingredients, wat it suppossed to do? where would i get it, or go to check it out?

Also, i never really ever thought about fish oil. untill lately i been hearin about it alot. what is it good for and how does it work?

:)

Pumps are great all bodybuilders love them, but pumps do not necessarily equate to muscle growth.

STOKED is a good product for T boosting, estrogen reducing, pumps, antioxidant, general health, etc. heres my review if your interested: http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/supplements/88735-stoked-30-day-review.html

Fish Oil is a great overall health supplement, it can help with brain function, skin health, cardiovascular health, etc. It is an Omega3 fatty acid and has a lot of benefit.

I got sum of that nanox9 and thought it worked great only thing is u got to take a shit load of them for 3 days to really feel the extreme pump, and u only get 180 per bottle and recommends u to take 8-10 a day. They go real fast and if u allready have to swollow down other supp's it makes it real sh#tty on stomach,i think its good but im going today to buy some no-xplode heard it was better gonna find out.

hey let me know wat you think of the no-xplode, I might wana try that later as well. i am on no other supps as of rite now, but thats just because im gettin a hernia fixed on tuesday, and i will prob be down again for a couple weeks, so takn 8-10 is no big deal for me. just take 4 in morn and 4 before my workout. i have a whole bunch of creatine, just been waitn till after the surgery to take it. last time i stacked the two of these, creatine and nanox9, I had great results, gained about 12 lbs of my muscle weight back very fast, within a course of about two weeks! then i kindof stabled out for the rest of the month, and that is when i fucked up my back real bad and had surgery, so...didn't get to test it for to long.
