No longer sore after workouts...?

I've stopped getting sore after my workouts. Makes me feel like I've been doing something wrong but ive increased my weights and have kept form nicely.

Is something wrong/bad? :\
 
This actually happened to me a while back. When I was a complete absolute friggan newbie to lifting, I would go in and do the same exact thing every single day... at first I made some gains and got sore.. but after a little while I no longer got sore... no matter how I worked out.. I took a 2 month break (more like I got lazy) and came back.. using various routines for variation.. I always get sore now.

Thats was my experience anyways.
 
Do not use soreness as a guage for a successful work-out or an indication of growth.

It may be very true that you need to change your routine if progress has halteed or maybe even take a week off from training.

However, not being sore means very little. It's a gym myth that continues to be perpetuated today, and it is just that, a myth.
 
I no longer get sore when i do legs which i'm quite sad about cause i miss the soreness 3 days after :D,But i'm making gains so not changeing a thing!
