I've stopped getting sore after my workouts. Makes me feel like I've been doing something wrong but ive increased my weights and have kept form nicely.
This actually happened to me a while back. When I was a complete absolute friggan newbie to lifting, I would go in and do the same exact thing every single day... at first I made some gains and got sore.. but after a little while I no longer got sore... no matter how I worked out.. I took a 2 month break (more like I got lazy) and came back.. using various routines for variation.. I always get sore now.
