Has anyone tried no2 from MRI or know anything about it ? My friend told me he heard its supposed to be decent, but...that is hearsay and I never heard of it over here before so I suppose I'd like to run it by here to see if anyone can 'enlighten me'
:hmmm:
-thanks.

IMO, NO2 is a complete waste of money. Ive tried it and all that happened was my wallet weighed a few ounces less.

Spend your money on protein and creatine, vitamins and minerals.

Lol

LOL, du510!!!

Yeah, one of the most probable effect is gon be that...

Extreme waste of money and increase of the distrust in some supplements!!!

Nope, I used some stuff from metrx. Defintely, definitely not worth it. As you mention, its expensive, and all it is is a hemodialator.

What kind of great gains did you get? And are you sure they werent from good dieting or other supplements?

i went up 25lbs in less than a month on my bench. i went from 3 to 4 sets on everything because my workouts progressed so much easier than before. i didn't change anything else supplement wise, i was already taking creatine. i read a book about no2 before i took it. the creator of no2 ed byrd "supposedly" invented creatine also. he warned of immitation arginine supps, but he said his delivery system was patented and exclusive. i also feel i recover much faster, as i do 90-120 minute workouts with about 40 sets of 6-8 reps. in another thread i was told i was overtraining but i feel great and pleased with my progress.
DU510 what supps do you take?

Currently, nothing, as I can just starting back up from about a 2 month hiatus from the gym. Tomorrow - Ill start again. This is my list:

Creatine
Whey Protein
Protein Bars as snacks
Glutamine
Multivitamin
B12

And that is all.

I may start clen or eca soon, but that hasnt been decided yet. If I begin clen, Ill be supplementing with taurine too.

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
no2 is the best supplement ever. get a pumped feeling like it says. plus it makes me drowsy and i like that. may be cheaper just to take half a viagra a day though. if i had the cash i take it along with viagra everyday. i think no2 is the type of thing you can only feel after you have a good amount of muscle to get pumped in the first place.

I've used MRI, Pinnacle and Universal. The Universal NOx3 is 10x better than the other two. They're really only good for sexual purposes though
