Does any one know how to adapt a non linear training programme in to a microcycle. The reason i ask is because on a step loading pattern you will work in your chosen phase example Hypertropy. You can then moniter your loads over each week, for instance week 1 80kg, week 2 82.5kg, week 3 85kg and then week 4 you reduce down to 82.5kg to enable muscluar adaptation to accour. So with non linear training you are possibly going to mix it up hypertropy, endurance and then power. Does any one have an example of how to put this in to the microcycle?
