non meat foods to snack on when cutting?

Okay now i've cut out most of my carbs I'm really getting hungry a lot more

i keep getting tempted to snack on carbs, I would snack on chicken, turkey or salmon but it costs and I just can't afford that much of it

anyone know any good foods i could snack on inbetween a meal if I was hungry? at the moment I've just added a extra protein shake and i'm considering adding some more cereal in (but thats more carbs so i ain't sure)

btw i do eat some carbs at breakfast (cereal) lunch (bread/pasta) and at dinner (pasta/potatos/rice), I don't wanna be eating much more
 
Celery :rofl: Thats about it to be sure your not adding cals.

Make sure your getting enough fat too as that will help slow down digestion and provide satiety. :)
 
hey what sort of fats could i snack on then?

i don't like celery, is there anything wrong with lettuce or avocado? (they r my fave)
 
But these shouldn't be used as snacks. They should be part of meals. You don't want to eat fat as a snack. :finger:
