Hi i am pretty new here and I need to have a program for a beginner. Well I did worked out on and off for the past 2 years but never really followed a strict program or just grabs whatever I see in the gym. Asking instructions fr people at the gym and learning that it was wrong afterwards when I go online confuses the hell out of me. I am 30 yrs old 5'6 and 165 lbs. I do regular office work during the night so getting enough sleep is not a luxury that I have. Just recently got back at the gym and the most that I can lift on an inclined barbell is 90lbs. Whenever I can I try to work out 3 times a week. My normal regimen is Chest and triceps on day 1 ( Inclined bb,inc db/bench press,db press then straight to tricep ext) shoulders and bi's on day 2(mil press,db press, front raise,side lats then bicep curls) on day 3 I do all of them. I know it's kinda messed up. Every little piece of advice is greatly appreciated.

I'm not following any diet just trying to stay away fr junk foods. Also which one shoud I start takin Creatine or Amino ?? Thanks
