cal:1508
Fat:31.7
Carb:73.4
Protein:225.5

this is my 1st time trying to do macros and dieting im new and dont know if im doing it right plz help

You're on the correct road but your calories are probably bit low. Read the link in my signature -- specifically, check out the "do it yourself diet" part.

You should know what you are already eating and have some idea how to change. Being more active will help out immensely, and with changing your diet and cutting calories.

I notice that you say that you are going to your "next" duty station. I assume that you are already in? Where did you come up with 30%? I only ask because:
1. That is very very high
2. I can't imagine the marines allowing someone to get that high

Regardless, even if that is accurate, those cals are a bit low. Try for closer to 2k a day for a week or so and see what happens.

yes im sorry i mean i will be getting attached to a marine unit im a corpsman in the navy i been working at a easy hospital job in san diego for the last 2year and i blew up like a ballon your right the marines wouldnt let anyone get close to that.

Diet and exercise should work fine. It's not rocket science.

so today my macro's were
cal:1774
Fat: 57.6
carbs:105.2
prot:217.6

I just wanted to know if i need more or less carbs

Up the protein a little, and then just go off of comfort. Some people feel better with slightly higher or slightly lower carbs. I prefer to have more fat than that when I cut, but thats just for my own satiety. Definately more protein though. 1.5g per lb of bodyweight is a good indicator, or 1.5g per lb of LBM is fine too.
