hey i'm not really new o this forum but i thought it post this noobish question in the newbie zone. i started eating healthy in like november but recently i'v been eating unhealthy the last two weeks (like alot of bread and pizza and stuff). i'm only 14 but i know that this is not an excuse. because of this unhealthy eating routine my muscles will not grow correct?

P.S-and i'm going back on my healthy diet again starting tomorrow.

I dont know if you wont grow, so long as you're doing the right thing in the gym. I do however know that if you continue to eat rich foods like those without protein, you'll become a big tubbyass.

:roflmao: Priceless.

What's your dimensions man? Are you terribly fat or just looking to gain some muscles?

You sound like me when I was 14...how would you define yourself?

He's a pizza-eating-not-wanting-to-get-fat-even-though-he-continues-to-eat-shitty- food-without-reading-the-stickies-hoping he-can-possibly-gain-some-mucle kind of guy.

Ah the innocence of youth.

Well the advice (from me) is simple...eat less and excercise more.
But you are 14 as well, as you grow you may lose a lot of excess weight naturally (all depends though...I haven't grown since I was 14 myself)
