Norditropin IU Help

I?ve purchased Norditropin 15mg 1.5 and am very confused to were 4iu is on a insulin needle. Can anyone help me. Thank tou will post pics of the products and the syringe

There?s 45 ius in that 1.5ml cartridge, so the 10 mark on your insulin syringe is 3 ius. If you want 4 ius that would be about at the 13 mark
