My general theory at this point is simply to clean up my food and basically eat only healthy stuff. Calories I really don't count because I don't have the time for that. On top of that I am not fat at all and have a decent metabolism that can burn off fat reasonably well.
Why not do cardio every day? I personally see nothing wrong with cardio, absolutely nothing. What is the point of being built like a race horse, yet you can't run 50 meters because you'll run out of breath? In my opinion, eating healthy, lifting weights and doing cardio/swimming are the ideal combination.
For me this cutting is only to get a decent stomach. I don't feel fat overall, but I do notice an unacceptable amount of fat on my stomach which I can't stand to look at anymore.
