I have stopped gaining!!! Both overall body weight seems to be at its max, I am no longer gaining at the rate I used too!! What can I do to push threw this?
I have been actively been training for the last two years. Always trying to gain as much size as possible!!!For the last 8 months I took it up a notch and got really serious about trying to get the most out of my workouts. I have hitting the gym hard eating correctly. My body has changed drastically in the past 8 months and I want this to continue, I???ve heard that all BodyBuilders eventully reach this point>>>>but I wanna know what I can do to push threw it!!!
Heres where I???m at so far:
About 9 months ago I took a summer off from lifting (3 long months ???Yeah, I don???t know what I was thinking???) When I went back to the gym I felt weak and scrawny 6???4??? 188lbs. After workin out like CRASY for the first 7 months with a good friend helping me out along the way teaching me everything I know about lifting I shot up to 205lbs (just taking creatine and eating right (high protein meats, fish, and lots of carbs) I couldn???t of been happier with my results!!!
The semester ended and I came home from school for the summer, NO WAY was I was gonna let myself go again!!! Local gym sucks and I lost my trusted workout partner so l knew that things were gonna start getting harder for me, gains were gonna get tought. So I added protein powder to my diet to make sure I continued to get enough protein in my diet and I started taking a thermogenic Rip fuel with epfedrin just to get me up and going on days I didn???t feel like working out. So for the past 2 months I have been on my own and Im stuck at 210lbs Im definitely happy with what I have accomplished gaining 22lbs of mostly lean muscle, but with a broad shoulderd 6???4??? frame I would like to get up to 225-230lbs. Anyone got any Ideas how I could further improve my workout? >>>thought about getting a lil more drastic with the supplements, would like to stay natural.
I use nothing but freeweights
dumbells for all my presses
any help you guys could give me would be gr8
