Not training for a week. Still take creatine?

Hey,

I am goin to buy some creatine monohydrate tomorrow and I was wondering If i should begin a cycle. I am going away in a week so I will be training during the loading stage and taking 5 grams a day whilst not training (while on holidays). Would this be ok, or would I bloat up badly since I am not training after the loading stage. When I get back I will continue to train whilst keeping my creatine levels up.

What do you think?

should i start taking it then even thogh i'll load up on the first week (while training) and take 5 grams a day for a week whilst not training?
 
I don't believe in loading. I think it's a waste of creatine. Some will disagree though. Start taking the creatine as soon as you get it. Like Cocks said, no need to cycle it.
 
I load and cycle

I believe loading gets the creatine into your system wayyyy quicker (takes about a week as opposed to a month), and continous use is just gonna lead to a kidney transplant, no performance enhancing drugs should be abused and creatine is no exception!
