Hello,
Below are a few vids of me in preparation for Nationals. It has been a tough prep getting down to the lightheavyweight class. Muscular Development has been awesome in giving me some coverage for the show. The only bad thing is that the vid of me at 2 weeks out did not do me justice... no excuses (lighting, etc. lol) but I have pics at 3-4 weeks out where I looked better...but nonetheless it is awesome to get coverage like this.
I weighed in just a few hours ago and made weight.... 195.5 pounds... we cut water a bit today just to make weight early... now I can carb up and tomorrow come in dry n a few pounds heavier n sharper.
No predictions or even goals... I just wanted to look the best I could and leave the rest in the hands of the judges. I am truly just excited to be here and to represent Colorado bodybuilding. So many of us train so hard in Colorado and it is nice to try to get out there a little. Heck there are so many people on this board with the knowledge and genetics that they could hang with me onstage easily lol.... again I am just happy to be here.
What an experience Ronnie and Dexter were hangin with everyone. Branches sometimes training partner (he isn't pro but holy moly the dude is huge).
As far as predictions wow Keith Williams is ready to rock... very good condition at weigh-ins.... slightly better condition than Kuclo but we all have 24 hours ya know. PJ B. looks good, William Hamilton looks like he is from another planet. So many good heavies and supers honestly. Leonard Hawkins looks great. Branden Ray in my class looks amazing... his back is tighter than last year so I think it is his to lose in my class.... Luis Santa and Victor Prisk look good in the welters... didn't follow the middles or bantams but I think that Ngyugen (spelling lol) looks good and there were some other bantams that looked great.
All in all it is gonna be a great show! If you are here this weekend send me a PM!
