$70. per week gets you all your meals. The ratios look great (maybe an extra protein shake would be perfect). Keep working out as I do 4-5 days lifting and cardio. Based on the ads, you should drop a couple of pounds(+) a week. 20 lbs in 2 months is what I want. No guess work and no shopping or food prep. Just eat what they give you and continue your workout.
