According to this, the Obama Administration spent $36 million dollars just in the final year of his presidency fighting lawsuits to keep government records out of Freedom of Information Act requests from journalists ?

The Obama administration spent a record $36.2 million on legal costs in its last year in office in an attempt to keep government records secret.

For a second consecutive year, the administration set a record for the number of times federal employees said they couldn't find a single page of files that were requested under the Freedom of Information Act.

And it set records for the outright denial of access to files, refusing to quickly consider requests described as especially newsworthy, and forcing people to pay for records.

Well, what do you expect from the MOST TRANSPARENT PRESIDENT EVER, right? Secrets, deflecting, hiding behind stupid social justice causes? oh yes, his presidency was just FULL of openness and honesty.

I?m not surprised all of this came out after he left office. I mean, do you really think his slobbering fangirls in the media would have let anything negative about their precious Barack out into the open?

obama had taken 189 "vacation days" during his two terms, bush 879 "vacation days"

as is pointed out elsewhere all over the net no president gets a true vacation - or at least hasn't until this point because they still get their daily brief etc
it would be more accurate to say... "away from the white house and not on a political visit"
I suspect that all presidents also have very early mornings and late nights- as well as plenty of "middle of the night" hrs


I do not know how much "vacation days trump has spent thus far" but as much criticism as obama took for frequently golfing - obama did not go golfing until april in his first year

I am honestly tired of comparisons- I really hate trump on multiple levels but I don't know why anyone would be surprised that someone that spent their entire life living an extravagant lifestyle would suddenly stop living that extravagant life style- even his security is now on the tax payers dime
