Octopus barbeque

ingredients:

1 glass water
1 cup vinegar
1 two-pound octopus

for the sauce/marinade:

4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tsp white wine
oregano
a few bay leaves
salt/pepper

execution:

Boil octopus in water & vinegar. After boiling put octopus in a ball with the premixed marinade ingredients and leave for 24 hours in the fridge. Take out the octopus and drain it. Barbeque over coals while pouring the marinade on it. I'm not sure about boiling and bbqing times, but I think you shouldn't boil it for long.
