Im trying to bulk up I plan on following a 40p 30f 30c diet fats coming from flax, natty butty, and meats ( not fried). i dont plan on counting calories everyday since im in college i just want to get big now that wrestling season is over and i just got done cutting 30 lbs and am looking on putting back the muscle i lost and more.
today is my off day and I am wondering what i should eat on this day for mass.
so far today i have had twice the carbs I am used to at breakfast and am wondering if this is good or bad when bulking.
meal 1:7am
1 scoop whey (water)
130 cals
meal 2 8am
oatmeal pancakes
-1 packet oatmeal
-1/4 cup cottage cheese
-1 scoop protein powder
-1/2 cup egg whites
-1 tsp flax seed (whole)
1 oz raisins
6 oz apple sauce
8 oz skim milk
totals 9gf 103.5gc 67.2gp
this is the biggest breakfast i have eaten in forever i ussually only eat
3 whole eggs
6oz oatmeal
about 450 cals
which one is better for bulking should i eat that amount of carbs for every breakfast, or should i kick up the egg intake and eat 1 cup of oatmeal. just looking for the best way to put on good size any help is welcome thank you.
