oil based gear and water retention

I would say, no. But people seem to say that suspension/prop doesn't make them hold water like enan/cyp, but I wouldn't say its because of the oil (prop is oil suspended). So maybe its tied to ester length, or maybe not at all. This is why alot of people look to Letro/Nolva/Arimidex to keep water off during cycle.

winstrol doesn't come in an oil base
It does from China, but oil/no oil don't make a jack bit of difference, it's the androgenic signature of the compound.
