Oil based winstrol?

I'm wonder'n if I'm hold'n some real Winnie that was given to me by a close homey. My boy says that it's oil based,I've always seen that milkly white look'n stuff or tabs even caps but I've never heard of such a creature, but that don't mean much as I'm not tha anabolic information center. Basically I'm wonder'n did my boy get ganked.

The way it came He pulled a bunch into a 10ml bottle for me , I don't remember what it was that it read.Basically I was wondering if it even exisited

Its not easy to suspend some things in water, they like to crash and win is one of them.

Could be PL, I haven't seen a list in awhile but I thought he was turning some out. He puts his suspension in oil, not water.
