I???ve been lifting seriously for about a year... not really bent on becoming huge... Just looking for functional strength with a nice appearance... I have been having struggles with finding a routine that works best.. Although the latest routine seems to be working, I am a little paranoid that I might loose what I have already gained, because it has more rest and less sets..
