I am a 36 yr old ex Div 1 offensive lineman. I am 6'6 and weigh 280 lbs. I have not lifted much since I quit football. I jog quit often but nothing to serious. My body fat is leaning toward 30%. I would like to do atleast 1 cycle of winstrol. How long do I need to exercise(weights and cardio)and diet before I can do a cycle? I also wanted to know a good place to learn about good workouts and nutritional facts. Sorry for all the questions but when I used to workout every part of that workout was given to me.
