I was in a rush and needed a quick meal before bed. Here goes, it tasted great, give it a try with some rice maybe. Its pretty much what i had laying around.
100g or so tuna
200g about 1.5 frozen mixed veggies, I used broc, cauli, and carrots
If youd like, i added a little mushrooms in too.
a few tablespoons cottage cheese
1 or two tablespoons natty pb
davinci sf caramel syrup ( you can probobly just subsitute art. sweetener)
microwave veggies on high about 2 mins, add in tuna and cottage cheese, stir well. Microwave another 1.5 mins or so until cc starts to melt. Drain excess water from bowl. throw a tbsp or two of pb on top and some sweetener, microwave another min or so. Stir it up and let sit a min or so to cool down and thicken up.
I dont know what to call this but damn it was good, I think i will try it again with some rice earlier in the day sometime.
