My goal is to cut down to the point of being vascular.
body: In a wheelchair and paralyzed. I am down to about 180 lb , from 240 lb. but am having a hard time, getting any lower.
Diet: protein and veggies, 6-7 meals. 160-180g of protien per day. (carbs vary rare, when i am really feeling drained ).
gym : DTP by kris Gethin. if you don't know it, it works well for cutting and keeping. hour of cardio.
I don't feel like cyanostane alone in going to be potentate enough. I was figuring i would feel a little more aggression if it was.
I have been on cyanostane about 5 days and am thinking of adding halo x for the last 3 weeks.
also i see anibolic matrix is often used while on cycle. I don't under stand this, if the PH shuts you down, wouldn't this be pointless untill PCT?
Also i have a bottle of erase i am going to use the PCT, this is the same a e-control rx right??
