I wanted to make sure I got at least 7 reps the 8th rep was really tough. In the past I was only getting 6 reps struggling. Next workout for the first two sets I will stay with the same weight. The morning workouts have been pretty tough. Im starting to enjoy them though. What I like about the early morning workouts is when Im done at the gym and that early morning cup of coffee sitting outside before work.
