Hi, I am looking for a One day a week total body workout. Not trying to be huge, just need a weight routine once a week. I have a very active lifestyle so cardio is a done deal, I work 48 hrs a week so I don't have time to lift like I did in the past plus I am not going down that road anymore. Goals are to just to look athletic and be healthy.
