this is wonderful news if you live anywhere near mexico but living in pennsylvania has some travel constraints on making that trip cost effective. I'm told, if you order anything via mail from overseas, don't mess with the PO box thing cuz then you're involving a federal building. Have it sent to your residence with a fake name, then as soon as you pull the package out of the mail, mark it "wrong address, return to sender". that way if the cops come busting down your door ten minutes later you already have the package sitting on your counter with it marked as though it was never intended for you and you blow away a big piece of probable cause. opinion of a friend.
