Only 12 weeks left. Legs suck!

My legs are big enough but how the hell do I cut them up in 12 weeks?
 
I have no idea what my bodyfat is. I'm going through this blindly so far. I guess I am relying too much on genetics and the fact that I have plenty of time to do what I need to do. I don't really have a diet either. Just egg whites, baked chicken, pork chops (baked or grilled) the occasional steak and no condiments. I am eating small portions of oatmeal for energy. Thats it.
 
I usually eat about 65 grams of protien and 30 grams of carbs per meal. That is five meals a day. In between meals I am eating about 10 liver pills for a total of about 30 a day. Multi vitamin/mineral and that is about it.
 
I wake up at noon and eat 10 eggs and 40 grams of oatmeal. Go to the gym. 3:00pm eat 2 cans of tuna and 2 pieces of wheat bread. 5:00pm 10 liver pills, 6:00pm 2 cans of tuna and 2 pieces of wheat bread. 8:00 10 liver pills, 10:00pm 2 (6-8oz) chicken breasts and a large salad with half a cup of cottage cheese on it, 12:00am 10 liver pills then usually I eat 8oz. of cottage cheese and 40 grams of oatmeal before I go to the gym at 2:00 am or 3:00. Then I will eat 2 cans of tuna after a workout and vitamins.
 
Those times are approximate. I work on the T-rex project at night and can't always eat at the right time. But I try.

Cool, would you hurry the hell up and get T-Rex done already? ;)

the diet is okay, I would use a faster absorbing protein post work-out though, like a whey protein shake.

wheat bread is not the best thing to be eating on a cutting diet, I cut out all bread at 12 weeks out.

why all of the liver pills?

do you use ANY supplements?
 
I don't know why I use the Liver pills, I guess cause it is cheap, and because of all of the aminos and protien it makes it an easy source for me to have available while I'm out on the job. I can just put them in my truck or pocket. I read that all of the old timers used alot of them and so I am giving them a try. I was using a whey for after workout but it gave me crazy gas and horrible dumps. I was in the bathroom 8 times a day! Any suggestions as far as that goes? Maybe it was the brand (EAS MyoPro).

This being your first show it may be hard to get your legs to come in your first time out. Each year my legs get harder and harder but they are alway no where near the condition of my upper body. If your body wants to keep fat on your legs it's going to take time to get it off. It will be the last place to go. Don't sweet it just do your best and come in as lean as you can. Go in lookin to win but it is your first show and diet so your just now learning what works for your body. Good Luck.:thumb:
