I am wanting a little advice on some good lat exercises.
I have been focusing too much on my upper back.
Time to hit my lats hard.
Any advice is good.

1) Weighted chin-ups
2) Wide-grip and narrow-grip pull-downs (try the narrow-grip with a reverse grip)
3) BB and DB row
4) Seated cable row
5) T-Bar row

To name a few.

Also add DB pullovers.

Yep, TP, forgot about those. I need to come up with a fourth routine for my rotation that I can add those into.

Straight arm push downs have been making my lats sore every time after doing them, may be because I've only done them like a half dozen times but they seem to work well.

I really like chin-ups, both wide and close grip.

I like these to, but as a finishing exercise, slow and controlled. They are not much different from pullovers though.

but you guys would agree to target my lats, do them first in my back routine yeah?
