Hey guys the last 3 or 4 times that i did biceps i did this new thing where i do 5 sets of weights going from the highest to the lowest without resting at all. Do u think this is ok or im really hurting my bi i mean it feels like im really working them but what do u think? Thanks for the help guys.
 
This is likely extreme minutiae. Unless you are highly conditioned and you are employing advanced strategies for hypertrophy, how you do your accessory work doesn't really matter.

Based on your question, I recommend re-evaluating your training program to make sure that you are doing what is best for your goals.
 
So you did a dropset for biceps?

Doesn't seem like it would matter either way. Its just arm work.
