this is my first cycle and these are the 3 i am thinking about how does these look and which do u perfer this cycle would be more for cutting thanks

1-8 test prop 100mg eod
1-8 proviron 50mg ed
1 - 10 Nolvadex 10mg ED
1 - 10 L-dex .25mg ED
10 - 12 clen 20mg ED

or

1-10 Test Enanthate 500mg/week
1-6 Winstrol 50mg ED
1 - 12 Nolvadex 10mg ED
1 - 12 L-dex .25mg ED
10 - 12 clen 20mg ED

or

1-6 test prop 100mg eod
1-6 dbol 20mg ed
8-12 PCT

and if u can add ur comment like add or take away anything to these cycle thanks

For a first cycle you would be fine cycling with either test prop@100mgs/eod for 1-6 weeks and pct, or test e@500mgs/ew for 10-12 weeks and pct. For pct keep it simple if your going to use the prop. IMO go with nolva. But for test e, you should go with nolva and HCG(because of the longer cycle).

I recommend you chose:

1 Testosterone
1 Serm
1 Anti-e

Don't use clen or oral steroids (excpet proviron) on your first cycle.
Example:

Weeks:
1-8 Test Prop 100 mg EOD
2-8 Proviron 25 mg every night
2-8 HCG 200 iu E3D
9-12 Nolva 60/60/30/30

Have extra nolva on hand in case of gyno.

For a first cycle, I would recommened Test E over prop (less shots).
You will also do very well with a dose of 300-400mg per week. Always start with a low dose and see how your body reacts to it. It also gives you room in the future to up the dose and get good results.

Problem bro is a lot of newbies that come on with there first and 2nd post don't know. I'm not sure that there is a sticky informing lad's that in order for us to help them out with questions re: anabolic use they need to post stat's.

Now if we have that and they don't want to take the time and do a little reseaarch which will informed them of such, then yes there post needs to be deleted.

Most of us older members know better and also need to use a little more common sense and ask the same question Trouble did before we open our mouths. Without doing so could lead to one of us giving info to some 15 yr old on how to use anabolic Steroids and that would be a shame~!

Take 2 weeks off then train for 2 more years....but take a week off every 4 months. After that you can do a cycle.

Decent weight; former chunky type (40% BF within two years --> blood sugar control is insufficient to meet AAS clean mass gains goals. 18-20% bodyfat is still too high to consider using gear- your liver lipid values may well be elevated, a bad starting point for steroid impact on cholesterol biosynthesis and lipid vitamin and bile acid metabolism. Plus, nitrogen cycle enzymes will need to steady down for a couple of years after significant fat loss. If you use now, before insulin and fatty acid excess in recent years, the backlash from a hypercaloric anabolic diet during gear use will cause rapid fat gains and loss of insulin sensitivity --> reduced lean mass gains and rapid loss of lean mass post cycle.

Plus, your natural test production will plummet like a fat rock in thin water; excess dietary fats and insulin induced release of stored fatty acids will bind to thyroid and steroid biosynthesis regulatory genes in liver, thyroid, and adnreal glands, causing a hypogonadal (low steroid production rate) status by your late 20s.

Insufficient training duration. You will be unable to sustain the mass gains made during your first cycle, if you use now, because lack enough natural androgen receptor use to respond optimally to anabolic steroids. You will "catch up" to where you will be in two or three years time, under natural conditions. and you won't progress much further than that "jump" after your first one or two cycles, because the rebound effects begin to erode glucose tolerance and fatty acid balance in liver and muscle. That will restrain future growth. Thus, you short change yourself.

Continue to train, work on steady diet goals, come back after you are 26. By then, your BF should have dropped down to 10-12%, your glucose tolerance will be rock steady and your liver lipid values good. You will hold your gains better for the risks you assume when using anabolic steroids.
