Besides Fitday. I remember one that was similiar to crosstrainer but it was free and all online. fitday seems pretty basic. The one I am thinking of I forgot the name, but you could save your foods that werent in their database and their data, and it would recall it, as well as set up programs (diet) for you based on your paramaters like weight gain per week and so forth.
