Oral and injectable steroids share some risks, but they also each have unique risks. I’m seeing more men, especially from India and Pakistan, using oral steroids exclusively or for longer periods of time. And they’re facing the liver health consequences that come with that choice. This video is for everyone, but especially for those men using too many orals. I cover the differences in risks, the history of these drugs, the unique liver toxicity of orals, and harm reduction strategies.
