Come on, they can't be that bad compared to I/M can they? Exactly how hard are they on your liver? How does an oral AAS dose compare to beer or tylenol? I know people who have been taking a lot of painkillers prescribed by doctors that contain tylenol in each pill and I also know people who drink every day and don't have health problems. I know it wouldn't be wise to take oral steroids AND beer or tylenol but I just don't see why people get bashed so much for taking them. If you're on steroids and know what you're doing, you're also exercising and dieting properly. Your liver can handle a certain degree of toxicity..that's what it's for.

What about the fluxuation in hormone concentration in the blood? I think that's the most legit argument against orals. It seems Intramuscular route would provide a more stable concentration as opposed to orals which take your body on a rollercoaster ride.

I think it really depends on what kind of orals ur talkin about anything methylated is going to punish ur liver pretty bad ,even ph's which whether people like it or not are pretty steroids, it's really not that uncommon to read about someone going to the hospital with jaundice from superdrol clones , but don't get me wrong I take orals they just need to be used sensibly
