So I figured I'd start a thread for prospective Naps customers to see how they handle business.

To be clear, I have received multiple orders from 6 different sponsors of this forum. This is my FIRST NAPS order after considering them for years.

Something just kept me from ordering from them, know what I mean?

I finally pulled the trigger and PM'd Naps-Support Friday with all the required information for a discount (found here: http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/threads/207771-discounts )

I waited a couple days to hear back, but nothing.

Afraid I'd loose sale prices, I decided to go ahead and send the funds anyway.

Turn around time from order placement and payment was 2 days.

And thats where we're at now.... I'll keep this updated.

Mate, please next time i need to apply the promo discount manually before you wire the funds. I do see you have jump early start. i apologize i could apply the discount once you have wired the funds

No worries. This is going to be a fact based review. I waited a couple days and didn't hear anything.

I'm disappointed about the discount, but to be fair, I probably shouldn't have sent the PM over the weekend, you have a life. I'll keep that in mind next time.

What days are you usually on here?

Mate i am on here M-F 4pm-11pm EST. At my time 11pm-7AM and OFF on SAT/SUN but At time i only log into the TKT system to make sure if any urgent tkts that needed the extra attention
Every other tkt goes to the General box we do have staff on board 24/7 responding to all tkts and we do have 24/7 LIVE CHAT as well;

I checked the money courier and it was picked up yesterday, much quicker than advertised.

However, as of this evening my order status still shows "waiting for approval".

Naps advertises a 3-4 day shipment after reception of funds, that means Friday in this instance.

Mate each day it varies by how much our receiver could process payment per day it could take 1-3 days at time it could take longer then usual.
Also we have other countries that collect funds as well. As i have stated it varies at time,.
As far shipping please note most location will not be able to ship on the weekends. Please be patient hopefully your package will be shipped in timely matter. TY

I'm patient bro, no worries. I'm not expecting to see anything until the beginning of June. Like I said at the begging of this post, I've done this before.

There were a couple of bad reviews that were posted so I figured I'd use my first experience with Naps as an objective review so hopefully (if all goes well), new customers might have a little more confidence in ordering from a board sponsor.

This is my contribution to the community.

A couple of updates.

#1) Products have been shipped. Very fast turnaround so far and so far there have been only good experiences.

#2) I messaged a MOD regarding this thread and its content because I was afraid it was borderline as far as forum rules go. I don't want to violate rules, but I'm still waiting to hear back, so maybe its not as bad as I imagined.
