I ordered from naps a while ago and i still haven't received my stuff. on the naps site the countdown ticker has run out. It says the package shipped out on Jan19. I tried sending a pm to GXR yesterday but i haven't heard back from him... If a naps rep reads this please send me a pm with info on what I should do. Thanks for the help.

You know how many PM's he reads a day.....give him a bit and he will get back to you.....I ordered jan 11th and was told it had to be reshipped......You will be waiting awhile just like alot of others on here.... :coffee:
 
My guess is you will get the famous naps answer "give it another week"

Come on Naps, your knowledge base answer says we can get tracking info after 15 days, so lets just give tracking info so we can see if it is hung up in customs or if it ever made it to the states.

If you don't want to give tracking info for some reason, then expect everyone to get worried. I am in the op's boat, the timer ran out days ago, so I opened a support on naps and 72 hours later they get back to me with "give it another week"
 
hey vib,a heads up check your spam,when i first started using naps all there confirmation emails wre goin into my spam,once you start opening them,they should start goin right into your email folder and not your spam.

I completely agree with you on the tracking thing. Guess I just have to be patient..... It sucks that this happened on my first order with them. I'm kinda regretting my decision on not going with a different sponsor here.
 
Its not just you buddy..mine shippied the 23rd..and I still have nothing..and I got the answer wait another week..so I submitted another ticket to please track it and see if it was seized..all I know is I really want/need my stuff..this sucks..
 
^^^Yours got shipped a month ago? Its still not late give them a week to process everything and they say 21 business days to receive (this is not including weekends).
 
I completely agree with you gentlemen. I ordered/paid 27 Days Ago and Still Nothing. I never used NAPS b4; I was initially Told 2-Weeks, TheN 3-Weeks, NoW 30-Days. They Have kept "in touch" through my "Submitting Tickets", which is WHY I wait Everydamnday. I know some things take Time; I just hate being jerked around.
We NEED a Company to Stand Up and Be THE BEST 4 us. Someone we can all Count On, who developes an INPECIBLE Reputation thru their Service + Quality, we Need A HERO, and they will do very well for themselves doing so.

OK just an update on my order when they did respond to me they did geve me a tracking number as I asked, I completely missed it, my bad.

But when I checked the tracking it says,

Service(s): Registered Mail™
Status: Origin Post is Preparing Shipment

We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece.


Well I have only ever seen this when the item hasn't shipped yet so I do not know what is going on.

Newest update, I checked Moldova post it says it was sent feb 1 and left the country feb 2 which is about 2 weeks after it was supposedly sent.

I am fine with that as long as it gets here within the next week or so.
 
Ez sounds like you may get your package soon. Gxr has pm'ed that he's looking into my order. I will be posting a full honest review once I hopefully get my package. In my review I'll include my review of GP products.

Please make sure to post as you said. I have a package that was shipped on Jan 18th and waiting just like you. Maybe there was a delay in shipping out of Moldova on a lot of orders? Anyhow, I have been waiting with no stuff..gradually slipping further in to sloth without my HGH.

I will update here as soon as I get new info. I'm sure that a lot of people here are in the same boat as me... Hopefully everything goes well for everyone here.

A hero? Seriously? Fucking lolz! You act like this is ordering a pizza, 30 minutes or less! Or ordering something from WalMart online. The same shit happens with every source.

You're doing some illegal shit here dummy. Precautions have to be taken. Even then there's no guarantees. Stuff gets stopped, stuff gets stolen. Stuff gets lost in transit. No source can control that. No source can control the postal service in multiple countries. Good luck on that.

Wtf bros?!? You've waited a month and you're freaking out. Naps doesn't control the PO. You guys are quick to jump on naps for the delays but in all reality it's out of their hands.

I've waited on gears before and it does suck. It's all a part of this game though. Best advice I can give is order everything you need for a cycle and order well in advance.
 
I really don't. Think naps sends it as soon as they say they do, I have family an friends all over the world and if never takes 3 weeks to ship something but they probably do it to be more stealth. Safety first.
 
Update: GXR told me to give it a week longer. Damn, this is hard when you're ordering for the first time and you don't know ifyou've been scammed or not regardless of what you hear about someone.
 
You didnt get scammed bro i know its scary for the first time. Homeland security changed how packs come into the country so its taking longer. On the flip side now that naps knows this they are working on a faster way for us all.
 
hey vibrant my first order took 2 months ,i got it,i also got the reship that i was probably gonna have to pay for,made three orders since ,everything nice and smooth now,yeah i know the wait sucks but its worth it,,between the prices and the quality,,,geneza pharm,,,what i do now is i put an order every couple of weeks,,,like i've told all the other homies...it works,,as soon as you get your first put in another,,wait 2 weeks and then do another,,,trust me..:callme:
