It seems I may have been vague, I actually received the pkg on the 37th day. 
First time I (did a make believe) order with naps it took 50+ with a re-ship due to a hypothetical letter from customs. No complaints.
If someone needs it next week or they are going to have a seizure then there are more expensive domestic sources.
