Hey, this is my first post, and I've been going around the boards trying to learn the rules, so this is my first post.
Today I just ordered my first cycle of the Halo Extreme Stack, and am excited and nervous at the same time. I'm a little concerned about the side effects, and the fact that I haven't told my wife I just spent 200 bucks on supplements. LOL
I'm 47 years old, and have lost 100 lbs of fat, and started body building just over a year ago. I've got my bf% down to 15% and decided to try Halo to help me lean out before summer. (I'm shooting for 10% by the end of May. I chose Halo because it seemed it would be a good place to start and it seems a little milder as far as prohormones go.
My diet is clean, I eat the typical body builder type food, with lots of good quality protein, and good whole foods. I count every morsel of food that goes in my mouth, and keep a watchful eye on my macros at all time.
Usually stay around 180 grams of protein, and keep my fat between 75-100, and the only thing that really fluctuates is my carbs. I control my carbs very carefully, and either raise or lower them according to my work outs, and my work day schedule. The harder I work, the more carbs I eat, but for the most part I stick with high quality carbs such as oat meal, sweet potato, brown rice, etc...Never anything refined.
Currently I keep my calorie deficit between 20-25%, as I'm still trying to lean out.
As I start my Halo cycle I wanted to try and do an updated on this forum to let others see how well, or not so well Halo works. Either way you'll find out.
I'm not going to post every little thing I do in the gym, or give you my life story. I'll post how I feel on Halo, and the results I'm having, and let you know if Halo meets my expectations.
I'm gonna keep it real simple, you don't need to read some long winded life story of mine, and I'm sure you don't want to either. LOL
Well, wish me luck...
If you can give me any advice while doing this cycle it would be much appreciated. If you've done it yourself I'd love to hear about your results. How did you feel, how were your sides, and how did you recover PCT?
I'll probably update once or twice a week. Unless no one cares, then I'll probably just disappear. Oh wait....that's the point isn't it. If I could get this belly to just disappear.
Eat well my friends, and learn all you can to lose all you can.
