Ok, ever since I've tried this organic cottage cheese, I can't go back.

The store bought stuff tastes funny and has yellow plasma in it. And it has like 30% more sodium.

Anyone else try organic cottage cheese?

I did, and it was good. I don't think it was a $1.20 better than the dairy fresh brand, but it was good. One day when I have a career, I am going to switch to an all organic diet.

That is all I eat. All my foods are organic though. Small price to pay for overall general health IMO.

Organic low fat cottage cheese, if its derived from dairy cattle that are grass fed, is superior to standard commercial cottage cheese derived from CAFO (confined feedlot) operations. CAFO raised dairy cattle are fed primarily silage (fermented corn husks and cobs) and low grade hay. Grass fed daily products, like organic cottage cheese, will have a higher and healthier essential fatty acid content. PUFA-3 and -6 must be taken in through diet, as humans don't synthesize them, and are important regulators of metabolic function, important for growth and recovery, in many tissues, including liver, skeletal muscle, dermis, brain and sex organs.

Organic is best every time and not much more expensive at all.
