wow, i go and tr to workout and my bones start killing me... like at every join it just feel's so harsh. im barely 18 going on 19 so i dont know what it could be... maybe the cold weather possibly? the workout i was doing was push-ups, it doesnt do it with bicep curls but on push-ups my elbow's, shoulder's and wrists just feel like there gonna snap, im only 180 and used to bench over 300... anyone know whats going on?
o yeah and im big boned also

In cold weather I take more time to warm up. Usually 10 minutes on a stationary bike then do the normal set warm-up.

hmm maybe i need to workout then... and like wow seriously my back and chest is killing me, along with my neck. its something to do with the weather or something pshh i hate this.. bad back at 18 ftl.....

when was the last time you went to the doctor for a physical?

lol

For real. But that's the point...For Californians that's a "Cold Spell" . It dips low here in the south but up north I know you guys get it bad. I had a friend that went to North Dakota State college and he said it was so cold that people would skip class just because it was so cold. Not because of the snow or ice.

Ready, when was the last time you did a serious workout?

well, all threw the summer, all this year i was mainly in my room with the temp as like 90-100 atleast at all times, so yeah... 30-40 is cold weather for me, specially when it just drop's outta no where. last physical was about 2-3 years ago. and last serious workout was a long time ago. i usually workout one body part but never like a serious workout as in all of the stuff... i dunno like wow my back wont stop hurting (had a car accident that caused that but now its worse) and my bones hurt i dunno how to really explain it. everytime i strech my arms up above my head and give it a good stretch my chest pops like 40 times really fast, the chiro say's its nothing but who know's. i guess maybe the doctor would be the best choice but im just wondering if anyone would have any idea of the cause, because really it did just spring up when the cold weather started and now its staying its not wanting to go away. i feel like if im having heart attack's or something kind of pain on my right side of my chest and sometimes on my left. anyone ever feel like this?

Like Patrick suggest, get checked out. They will do blood test to rule out things. At one point I had real bad joint aches & swelling so they thought it was lyme disease. Turned out to be a spell of RA that went away (thankfully)...for now.

you pussies try living in canada around the great lakes

i walked through a foot of snow just to go to the gym yesterday... yes, snow... you know that cold white flaky stuff that sticks to your clothes and becomes wet once you're inside...

o please ive BEEN in snow lol... and yeah ive been in 2 ft of snow big whoopty do lol but does it go from being 120 degree's outside to 30 over there? so 90 degree's change? i dont know about you but i think that's quite a bit of change...

depending on where you live in cali its all different. have you ever been out of canada? there's alot more snow in some parts of cali than in canada...

i'm just jealous... where in cali are you? i've been to a few places outside of canada... mainly some of the southern states and caribbean islands...

i live in the valley... so its like the hottest in the summer here, and once it hits winter avg of low's in the high 20's and high's in the 50's there's been highway's that are getting shut down alot in cali from the snow

LOL cause you guys probably don't have a single snow plow in the entire state :P

haha well i dunno, it does snow alot in some part's so there probably is quite a bit
