I hurt myself! So I'm writing to y'all to ask a question and to complain
I hurt my back. I can't stand straight up, and I walk at a tilt! The last time I lifted for back was Thursday, so I don't think it's that. My back just started hurting Sat. for what I can think of for no reason! So my question is if I pulled a muscle, wouldn't it be a little swollen? Cause it's not. I don't plan on doing any cardio or lifting until it's better! Which really sucks. Thanks for listening to me whine and complain!
