Over Eat One Day A Week

I am a firm believer in one day a week over eating. I would just like to know if anyone else is using this method. I stick to my calories the other six days, just on the seventh I increase it by around 600 calories. It really helps me feel better and I'm still loosing and getting the results I am looking for.
 
Good job, there is science behind that. Read the stickies at the top re;Leptin and Refeeds. I'm all for relaxing on your diet for a day or a meal or something, not just for the physiologic benefits but as a psychological break from strict dieting.

I had half a pizza and like 5 garlic knots on Wednesday night for the Lost Premiere. It was glorious.
 
I feel the same way, my diet is clean the entire week with the exemption of that one day.
 
Thanks for the input guy/gals. I think that this is very helpful in all aspects of weight training and weight loss.
