As far as P/RR/S goes, it is not dependent on your training split. Your split needs to be based on what works for you or what type of goals you are trying to achieve and the types of exercises you perform.

My goals are overall increase in size and strength. I have a similar split as you (day 1 back/bis, day 2 delts, day 4 legs, then day 5 chest/tris for a 4 day split; days 3, 6 and 7 are rest days). RoughlyBased on a pull/push/legs split. Training bis/tris in the same workout does not seem to get good results for me. I would suggest staying with what you are doing now, keep a detailed journal of your progress, and then in a few months, try a different split if you feel your progress is slowing or stopped. If you contiue to make progress then maybe make some small changes, but nothing significant. It takes time to get a feel for what works for you. And be aware that what works for you may or may not work as well as for someone else (and vis versa).

well put man!

Thanks Phred! I guess I'am bad to read to deep into things.Just trying to make the most of what little time I have. Thanks again:thumb:

p/rr/s system's beauty is that u keeps your body guessing so your results don't slow down due to your body becoming used to the same routine over and over again, the training split is up to you.

Who said u had to bi's and tri's on the same day? that's just crap!!!
