hey guys,
i have recently started p90x and am looking at my options for a pre workout supplement. since starting the program i have used RAVAGE but i am not sure i will continue to use it once i run out. it tastes potent and gives me an uncomfortable chill through my body after taking it. i am looking into other brands and products such as Jack3d and SuperPump but i am on a tight budget and i need to get as many servings for as little money. at the GNC store i go to the employee told me that p90x requires 3 servings of Jack3d per use as opposed to the recommended 1 serving on the label. the GNC employees are extremely bias and will say almost anything to make you buy a GNC made product. i am looking for some advice in regards to the amount of serving necessary for certain supplements. i have heard great reviews on SuperPump but i can guarantee i will get the same 3 serving response from GNC. is this true? does p90x really call for more than 1 serving of some supplements? :hmmm:

Just go by what you feel. Take the recommended dosage, if it's too effective, bump the dosage down. If it's not effective enough, bump the dosage up. For supplements all you really need is some protein (bulk whey or quality like N2Gear or MAP) and creatine. Creapure from Primordial is what I use, it dissolves very well.

Preworkouts, there are a ton, Lit-up, Adamantium, Andraulic State GT, Pre Max, Jack3D, N2KTS... you get the idea.

Yo I only take 1 -1.5 scoops of Jack3d and it does the job for me. Gets me wired and ready to go
