i have recently started p90x and am looking at my options for a pre workout supplement. since starting the program i have used RAVAGE but i am not sure i will continue to use it once i run out. it tastes potent and gives me an uncomfortable chill through my body after taking it. i am looking into other brands and products such as Jack3d and SuperPump but i am on a tight budget and i need to get as many servings for as little money. at the GNC store i go to the employee told me that p90x requires 3 servings of Jack3d per use as opposed to the recommended 1 serving on the label. the GNC employees are extremely bias and will say almost anything to make you buy a GNC made product. i am looking for some advice in regards to the amount of serving necessary for certain supplements. i have heard great reviews on SuperPump but i can guarantee i will get the same 3 serving response from GNC. is this true? does p90x really call for more than 1 serving of some supplements?
